Sales and Marketing Executive

• To handle quotations & bookings of tours, hotel, airport transfers and etc • Visit travel agencies to promote company’s service to use as land operator for tour and transport • Able to make arrangement on itinerary, booking of tours & transfer, attractions ticket, restaurant, guide and etc • To keep update on rates, service charges, quotations • To assist in translation of Chinese documents to English and vice versa • Developing new business opportunities and expand customer database in order to achieve targeted sales • Ensure all inquiries and customers’ needs are courteously and efficiently handled • Meeting own and team’s sales goal and target set by company

• SPM, Diploma or Above • Must be able to speak and write in Chinese, English • Fresh Graduate (Experienced Priority)

RM2,000 to RM3,000

Administration

• Responsible in overall administrative and general office support • Able to plan, supervise and coordinate vehicle delivery, collection, maintenance and etc. • Update maintenance records in company’s system • To assist in translation of Chinese documents to English and vice versa • Ensure all inquiries courteously and efficiently handled

• SPM, Diploma or Above • Must be able to speak and write in Chinese, English • Fresh Graduate (Experienced Priority)
